John Bailey became a fan of Ken Ulman.
Bailey continues to sink his own ship.
Uncle Ronnie was much more of a centrist, focused on getting things done than many in our party nowadays. We at least know where Bailey stands, yes or no, on most issues. Where do the other local and state candidates stand on the issues of today, yes or no? We have no idea! Every Dem or republican running today that does not have to be on record for a vote has said things like considering and evaluating and listening. I applaud John for at least being a straight-forward, intellectually-honest politician.
Ulman uses his Facebook site as a portal to get out local information. It's reasonable for any county resident to seek that information as a way of staying informed. Because Facebook has limited the Group site so much everyone is now using Fan sites. I know lots of people in Howard County who have joined this Fan site for informational purposes who would never vote for Ulman. I'm far more conservative than Bailey, but he's light years better than Bobo who represents much of what is very wrong in Annapolis. I also learned long ago to not let the perfect be the enemy of the good.
Easy everybody. I was just kidding around.
I agree with the anonymous commenter that posted at 8:42. I am on the email lists and listservs of many groups or candidates I don't agree with or would even think about voting for. It is a way to be informed and hear different views.
